REQUIREMENTS

• A photocopy of valid National ID (e.g. Passport, Voter’s ID, Driver’s License, & Ghana Card)
• A current passport picture
• Three (3) months current Bank Statement or Mobile Money Statement.
• A reputable and gainfully employed guarantor who will guarantee for the buyer.
• A guarantor’s passport picture and photocopy of his/her valid ID.

DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & OPERATION

Goods purchased at any of our outlets shall be delivered within seven (7) working days provided the Buyer had met all requirements, and the item(s) are available (in stock).

Buyers are required to follow and adhere strictly to the operational instructions specified in the Manual of the product(s).

HIRE PURCHASE AGREEMENT TERMS

The Seller (Noble Smart Ventures) hereby agrees to sell, and the Buyer (applicant/customer) hereby agrees to take on hire the goods described in the order list hereto (hereinafter called ‘the Goods’) that:

1. The total purchase price shall be paid by the Buyer in the following manner:
2. An initial deposit which is the 1st instalment shall be paid through Mobile Money or by cash on the same day of delivery of good(s).
3. The balance after payment of the initial deposit shall be paid by equal monthly instalments either by cheques, standing order or other means as prescribed and ticked by applicant/customer in the hire purchase form.
4. Upon the payment in full of the hire purchase price, ownership transfers to the hirer.
5. The owner shall, upon the signing of this agreement and payment of the initial deposit by the hirer, give possession of the goods to the hirer.
6. The goods shall during the continuance of the hiring be kept in the custody and control of the hirer.
7. The hirer shall keep the goods in good and considerable state of repair and shall be responsible for all risk thereto.
8. The hirer shall not under any circumstances, without the written consent of the owner, remove the Goods from his address specified in this agreement or other permitted address.
9. The hirer shall not, without the prior consent of the owner, make any alternation whatsoever to the goods.
10. The owner or his duly authorized agents shall be permitted by the hirer, at all reasonable times to inspect the condition of the goods and for such purpose enter upon any premises where the goods are
11. The hirer shall not hold himself or herself out as the owner of the Goods or sell, assign, transfer, pledge, sublet or otherwise deal with the goods or in any manner inconsistent with the purpose for which the goods were out on hire.
12. The hirer shall give immediate notice to the owner of any change in his address or of the premises in which the goods are kept.
13. The hirer shall not use the goods or permit their use in a manner contrary to any laws, statutes or regulations for the time being in force.
14. A Buyer must pay up for Good(s) within the specified months as set within the contract. Any delays in payment will attract penalty of interest workable on the remaining balance on the cost of the Good(s).
15. Reposess charges are made when good sold out are repossessed. There is a reschedule charge If the lender agrees to change the hire purchase terms.
16. A Buyer who issues dud cheques shall face legal action and be made to pay administrative charges.
17. If a customer fails to pay for an item purchased for two (2) consecutive months or more, without any written renegotiation, or also refuses/fails to pay with interest, the Company will impound the product in question and the Buyer shall lose any payment(s) made to the Seller.

GUARANTOR

1. The Guarantor has hereby agreed to guarantee the due performance of the obligations of the hirer under the Agreement.
2. In consideration of the owner agreeing to the request of the Guarantee to enter into the agreement, the guarantor hereby GUARANTEES the due payment of all sums becoming due under the agreement, subject to the following conditions:

• • If the hirer defaults in the payment of any sum under the Agreement for two (2) months, the Guarantor shall upon a written request by the owner, pay to the Owner the sum which is in arrears.
  • This guarantee shall continue to be in force and not revocable until the date of final payment of the hire purchases price and shall not be discharged by the death or bankruptcy of the hirer, provided that if the Owner retakes the goods, the subject matter of the Agreement, whether or not in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the liability of the Guarantor shall be limited only to the sums which have accrued and due up to the time goods are repossessed by the owner.
  • The Buyer’s Guarantor will be held responsible whenever every effort to retrieve/repossess the Good(s) which the Buyer has in possession have proven futile after months of continual refusal to make payment.

I, buyer, do hereby agree to any action that Noble Smart Ventures shall take to recover any default of debt and any interest accrued in case I fail to pay up my debt.
